Compulsory reading!

An easy read that is true to the film. The film and/or the book should be compulsory for everyone to see what is happening to their health. I don't necessarily agree with everything in the book and think the recipes could be even healthier but it's a great start.

You Are What You Choose To Eat

I have cut way down on sugar and starches in the last two years. This book was fun to read and really informative in a simple but very practical way. Bravo! It has convinced me, once and for all, that eating healthy -without added sugar and sneaky "food" industry driven chemicals- is the only intelligent choice to make. My only regret is that I did not come to this conclusion many years ago. I wish Damon Gameau and his colleagues well. Keep fighting this hugely important battle where our good health and longevity are at stake!
As for these huge corporations that get mega rich at the cost of people's health, their greed and corruption is, for lack of a better word, disgusting.

Graphics and recipes not visible in Kindle version

This is a great book but I would not recommend the current Kindle version. The writing in the many graphics is too small to read, and there are many recipes within graphics which are useless when I can't zoom on graphics with my Kindle.
