This was a life changing book for me. Freeda showed how the number 40 is used over 120 times in the Bible. It is a signifiant number on how God relates to humanity. Freeda shared her life-defining moment of crying out to God in frustration when God spoke back to her heart and said "Give me 40 Days" and now she invites everyone who wants to really learn how to pray to Give God 40 Days for themselves. I like the quick daily teachings, the starter prayers, encourageing quotes and the daily journal. This book helped me find a path through all of the problems I was dealing with.
It helped change my life and even better help me get closer to God.

I can't do 40 minutes of prayer every day!

That was my first thought. I have been going to church since I was 5 years old but I never liked the repetitive nature of church services. This book taught me more about a personal relationship with God in 40 days than 45 years of of attending church services. I learned how to have honest conversations with God during my 40 days. I also learned to listen to God during prayer instead of just asking for things I thought I needed. This book can change your life!
